ABOUT WORKPLACE WELLNESS YOGA, LLC

We believe that all of us can be more productive if we have a sense of well-being, and our bodies can move with gentle exercise. Studies show that when employees are engaged and healthy, they are more productive, there is less lost time, increased job satisfaction, and better employee retention. The ROI for the right Workplace Wellness program has been shown in numerous studies.

Everyone, of all body types and all ages, can find stress-relief, and improve productivity, by gentle yoga movement, in office clothes, at your desk or workstation.

If you are looking for a virtual, personalized wellness program, that can be done by your team at their desks, we’d like to offer you a complementary 10-15 minute demonstration for you & your team. These gentle exercises can be done both Work From Home, and in the office, in work clothes, taking a minimum amount of time away from work, and investing in your team’s well-being.

At Workplace Wellness Yoga, we understand that you are focused on making your business profitable, and productive. That is why we offer a cost-effective wellness program that comes to your office/Work from Home, using your choice of Virtual Platform: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, or other.

Increase productivity in your team by giving them a virtual wellness program to reduce their stress, improve team-building and comradery,  increase focus/creativity, and refresh their physical and mental abilities.

Our Desk Dweller’s Relief ™ program includes strengthening, stretching, helping improve your balance, your focus, and helping to reduce stress. All these combine to help you increase your productivity.

Classes are taught with a focus on alignment, breathing, and mindful awareness. You don’t need to be flexible or fit to attend these classes – everything is customized to the attendees. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. These classes can either be at your desk/WFH, or traditional Hatha Yoga. Each class incorporates Desk Dweller’s Relief ™ techniques.

Your ROI will be increased by boosting the morale and productivity of your team, who can then give their best for your business. Every owner/HR manager wants the title: ‘Best Company to Work For’. This low cost and innovative solution is for those companies wanting to reduce health care expenses, relieve workplace stress, and improve your team’s physical and mental health.

We are based in Woodstock, IL and serve the surrounding areas, including northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, in person (during non-COVID-19 times). All areas are serviced by Zoom or other Virtual live classes.
