Desk Dweller's Relief™ Classes

Every class is customized for your business’s needs. Options include:

  • Once per week, twice per week, once per month
  • Length of each class can be from 20 minutes to 90 minutes
  • Guided Meditation Class, or combining the meditation into a yoga class

We start punctually, and end on time, to respect your time.

Desk Dweller's Relief™

Desk Dweller’s Relief™ Yoga – provides relief from sitting at a desk all day long… relief from working at a computer hours on end. Helps improve focus and productivity.

  • Can be done in business attire
  • Uses your office chair
  • Great for anytime in the morning or afternoon as a revitalizing and energizing wellness program
  • Suitable for all body types, and all ages

Traditiona Yoga

Helps improve balance, strength, and flexibility and leaves the mind refreshed and ready for anything.

  • Full body workout
  • Designed for novice to intermediate skill level, customized for your workplace needs
  • Comfortable-to-move-in attire needed
  • Need ability to get down to the floor mat
  • We provide the mats, blankets, straps and blocks to help your people get maximum benefit.

All classes begin with focus on the breath. Postures are taught focusing on using alignment-based movement, ending with optional mini-yoga massage during the savasana/resting time.

Restorative Yoga

Find relief in your body and your mind as you enjoy various restful, nourishing postures during this class.

  • Comfortable-to-move-in attire needed
  • Need ability to get down to the floor mat

During this class, participants will move their whole body gently and will feel revitalized and relaxed as stresses melt away, leaving employees better able to deal with work and life. Settling into props enhances the relaxation response. Meditation and Yoga Nidra available.

We come to your event and custom design a program to fit your theme, your location, and your needs.  We also provide Continuing Education classes.

Team-Building

Our team-building exercises are customized to meet your needs:

  • Can be done in conference attire
  • Or, can be done in comfortable-to-move-in attire using a traditional yoga mat
  • Suitable for all body types, and all ages

Equipment needed depends on your needs, but may include non-moving tables, chairs without wheels, or wall space.

Stress Relief

Stress relief exercises help your attendees (who have been sitting still, highly focused on what you have to tell them) move, breathe, and be able to better focus on your message.

Custom sessions can be designed to your needs including:

  • Sessions that can be done in conference attire
  • In-depth sessions requiring a change into attire that allows ease of movement
  • Sessions that use a traditional yoga mat
